Terms and Conditions

By booking and taking part in a Gaia Images photo shoot you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:

Moneyback Guarantee

If you are not delighted with the final images then we offer a full refund for the photo shoot, excluding travel costs. Our objective is to create images that you love and to have happy customers, and if you are not satisfied with the final images then we will be happy to offer a full refund. Consistently capturing great images is a skill, however there is an element of luck in the process and on rare occasions things just don’t work out which is why we offer this moneyback guarantee. 

After the photo shoot you will receive low resolution, watermarked images for approval. Once you have approved them you will receive the high resolution images at which point money can no longer be refunded.

Rescheduling

Once a shoot has been booked it cannot be changed. Don’t worry if the weather forecast does not look great as we have a lot of experience finding the perfect location and capturing great moments. Often the weather can create atmosphere and add a new dynamic to the images. We do make an exception for extreme weather which would be hazardous to travel or shoot in. We will also reschedule if covid restrictions mean the shoot would not be allowed to go ahead.

Please make every effort to arrive on time for your photo shoot and let us know if you will be arriving late. If you are more than 30 minutes late then your photo shoot may be cancelled with no refund or re-shoot provided.

Payment

Prices are listed in (GBP) Pound Sterling and include taxes. All prices are correct at time of publishing. Payment can be made by cash or bank transfer. Photo shoots must be paid for at the time of booking and gift vouchers must be paid for at the time of purchase. Gift vouchers are valid for 18 months and it is the customer’s responsibility to book a photo shoot within this time. Gift vouchers are non-refundable.

Liability

Customers expressly release the photographer and Gaia Images employees from all claims, damages, and liabilities that may result from accidents or incidents that occur during the photo session. This waiver of liability includes any claim that may be a result of negligence.

In the unlikely event of technical problems, e.g. camera or computer failure, loss of images before they are delivered, injury or sickness beyond our control, Gaia Images’ liability will be limited to a full refund of all monies paid.

Copyright and Backup

Once high resolution images are shared then the copyright is transferred to the customer.

Gaia Images will keep all images on archive for one month from the date when high resolution images are ready, after which they may be permanently deleted. It is the customer’s responsibility to backup any digital files received.

Gaia Images reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
